ABOUT THE CHEF
After a long tenure in food industry which is in need globally and create demand for everyone. *Chef Prince* took the challenge from his childhood to make a name in this industry. After working in to *class hotel and nurtured himself at a one of the pioneer in food industry*. The following are his personal achievements to come up to this level.
He did his Hotel Management from *Bsc Catering Technology & Hotel Management, and got an opportunity to work with *master chef*. He got a vast exposure in *specialty Cuisines like Dumphuk, Peshawari and Dakshini*. His dedication and dream to cater internationally fulfilled by working as a *chef in Ireland, Gulf & USA country and bagged international cuisines vast knowledge*. He also got an opportunity of *bulk cooking and serving for 3500 members in cruise*.
Now he is a proud owner of “Brisbane Caterers” which is a talk of town in Brisbane. You name it any events big or small “Brisbane Caterers” will be ready to serve you any mouth watering delicacies. *His live counter for Dosa, Kebabs, Rumali Roti will give you a roller coaster ride*.
