His mastery spans banquet operations, modern presentation and diverse cuisine.

South Indian Live Cooking

   At Chef Prince, we bring the authentic street-style taste of India to life with our live cooking stations, packed with flavour, fun, and flair. 

   

  • Masala Dosa – thin, crispy dosa stuffed with spiced potato filling
     
  • Plain Dosa – classic crispy dosa served with chutney & sambar
     
  • Ghee Roast Dosa – dosa roasted with aromatic ghee for rich flavour
     
  • Onion Dosa – dosa sprinkled with finely chopped onions and coriander
     
  • Podi Dosa – dosa topped with spicy podi (gunpowder) spice mix
     
  • Set Dosa – soft, spongy, mini dosas served in a set of two or three
     
  • Kothu Parotta – shredded Kerala parotta tossed with spices, egg, and gravy live on the griddle
